Service Description
Meet us from 12-2pm in The Quench Coffee Shop and Eatery, BH25 6JG, to meet other local parents for a chat, enjoy refreshments and receive expert advice. Receive advice from a qualified babywearing consultant on your carrier or pick up a sling to hire* with a short 10 minute fit check appointment. Alternatively, try a couple of options from the sling library, or take your time talking through your own carrier in a longer 30 minute slot. If you are new to babywearing, looking at newborn options or stretchy/woven wraps then a group workshop or one-on-one may be more suitable. Come along to meet us and talk through how we can help you, or get in touch today. *£5 fit check does not include sling hire, this is paid in addition though our hiring program on the day. (£5 for the first week, £7 for additional weeks).
Cancellation Policy
Babywearing consultations and workshops are run by a trained babywearing consultant. The consultation/workshop fee is taken at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable fee but it is fully transferable to other dates or types of consultation/workshop at the discretion of Snugglebugs Dorset. We understand that little ones can be unpredictable but please try to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule - preferably at least 24 hours. Customers are able to reschedule once if needed at no extra charge. If you need to reschedule a second time, 20% of the consultation/workshop fee (up to a maximum of £5) will be charged for admin. If you need to reschedule a third time you will be charged for the consultation in full again. In the event of a total cancellation (with at least 24 hours notice), you will be charged a 20% admin fee (up to a maximum of £5). The rest will be refunded. If you cancel the appointment without rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, your fee will not be refunded. Please contact us directly if you wish to discuss this further. In the instance that your appointment needs to be cancelled by Snugglebugs Dorset for any reason and no suitable reschedule can be agreed, we will refund the full cost to the customer. All appointments are a fixed timeslot. Please try to be prompt on arrival and appreciate that we may not be able to extend any lateness past the scheduled end time of the appointment. Where possible, we will try to run for the full booked appointment time. Consultations are for one family at a time. If you would like to come with a friend/friends, contact us to arrange a workshop.
